We can schedule all your annual fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire extinguisher, fire pump and backflow inspections to be done at the same time. Need help with eliminating and reducing your freeze damage. We can perform a service call AUTOMATICALLY in the late fall where we check the heaters in the sprinkler riser rooms, drain all the low point drains on your dry systems and retest the antifreeze to make sure they are ready for winter. Have a vacant building? We can store a vendor key at our office, or in your lockbox on site, this way we can come out without wasting your time to meet us and when emergencies happen, we have access to fix the problem fast. Don’t like getting phone calls every time your tenant turns of the power, we can setup low priority notifications to be sent to you via email or text, you only have to deal with the high priority calls. Our office can be automatically notified of these low priority calls and setup a service call for you.
